Pediatrician
Dr. Lydia Elias has been practicing Pediatric medicine since 2005. She graduated from UCSF-Fresno Pediatric Residency and is board certified in Pediatrics. She is also on Clinical Faculty at Western University of Health Sciences Medical School.
Dr. Elias is on the medical staff of both Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center.
Dr. Elias has more than 10 years of pediatric practice experience. she is well versed in all areas of pediatrics and has a special interest in Child Behavior and Development. She is the Founder of the fast growing Practice Lighthouse Pediatrics in 2011.
Now that she is married and has 3 young children, she is excited to be a mother and a pediatrician where she is able to relate to her patients better.
Dr. Elias also speaks Spanish, and she works hard to accommodate every patients’ healthcare needs, by being available and more educational.
DR. SAVITT
Pediatrician
Dr. Savitt was born in Sioux City, Iowa and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota (Minneapolis) for seven years where he received a B.A. in psychology and his M.D. degree. He did his postgraduate training in pediatrics at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. After serving two years in the Army Medical Corps at Fort Campbell, Kentucky he started a solo practice, initially in Manhattan Beach, and then Torrance.
Dr. Savitt has close to 40 years of pediatric practice experience, most of that time as a solo practitioner. He is well versed in all areas of pediatrics and has a special interest in allergy and infectious disease. He joined Dr. Elias at Lighthouse Pediatrics in November of 2014.
Dr. Savitt is on the medical staff of both Torrance Memorial Medical Center and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center. He is also an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics at UCLA Medical School.
Dr. Savitt is married with three children and three grandchildren. He spends much of his spare time practicing and playing the saxophone as a member of the Palos Verdes Symphonic Band.
DR. HAKIM
Pediatrician
Dr. Ramsy completed his pediatric residency at Creighton University & the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1996.
Dr. Ramsy has more than 19 years of experience in pediatrics. Dr. Ramsy joined one of the largest practices in Dayton Ohio where he gained most of his experience before coming to California.
Dr. Ramsy joined Lighthouse Pediatrics lately to help the practice in its fast growing stage and add more fun and value to its patients. He is gifted with his sense of humor, and sharp medical diagnoses.
Dr. Ramsy is married has three daughters and he enjoys playing soccer and traveling.
