Our policy
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability or sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity). We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of these characteristics.
Free help we provide
- Free aids and services for people with disabilities, such as qualified sign-language interpreters and written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats).
- Free language services for people whose primary language is not English, such as qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.

If you believe we failed to provide these services or discriminated against you
You can file a grievance with our clinic manager in person, by mail at our clinic address, by phone at (310) 953-0020, or by email at office@lighthousepeds.com.
